I spoke with the driver of the truckHe stated that his truck would not have been able to do the job required by the customer and left after that was determinedIn addition, the company states this information was explained to the

Nothing could be further from the truth. In fact the driver
is also the owner of the Anytime Pumping. He asked me if my wellhead was the septic
tanks. I told him (from my front porch) that the tank was around back. He got
back in his truck, and without another word drove off. I though he was turning
around, but he never returned.

Review: I had an appointment for 9:30 AM on 4/15/2014. Service provider showed up at 1:00 pm and asked if my well head was my septic tank and I said no this is my well, the septic tank is out back. The service provider got back in his truck and left. I thought he was turning around but after 10 minutes I called him and he said he could not back down my driveway and then hung up on me. That was it! Worst customer service of my life!Desired Settlement: There was no indication of what his intentions were. He just got back in his truck and drove away. Would have preferred some explanation.

I spoke with the driver of the truck. He stated that his truck would not have been able to do the job required by the customer and left after that was determined. In addition, the company states this information was explained to the customer but the customer still wanted the job completed.
