I am rejecting this response because: in no way was I abusive or combative in my communications I simply wanted to know how a less than minute repair- the technician literally just pushed a cap on the fire sprinkler- how this
could cost $- originally- and then reduced by $when the HOA realized I was not going to pay it As to the board meetings, I am unable to attend as I work a pm shift when the meetings are always heldIf Mr *** thinks homeowners are happy with this kind of fleecing , he's got another thing coming By the way , ***, maybe you should look at your customer reviews on YELP and then look at yourself in the mirror Totally hypocritical for you to be calling anybody abusive Almost every review describes you and your company as such And if you my friend are making over $/ minutes, then its obvious you are abusing the system criminally and skimming the homeowners instead of doing the work of creating a harmonious community

Christison Company was responsible to schedule and coordinate the
mandatory inspections, and to coordinate the repairs, using a third party
vendor which was approved by the board of directors.  The homeowner owes
the association for the services the third party vendor provided.
 Christison Company had nothing to do with the costs or how long it took
to perform the repair.  The homeowner needs to direct his grievances to
the board.  Since the homeowner is unable to attend a board meeting, he may do so in
writing. We will ensure the letter or email gets to the board.

I am rejecting this response because: AFTER SPEAKING WITH [redacted], I CONTACTED [redacted] COMPANY A 2ND TIME AND ASKED FOR THE NUMBER OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE HOA.  THEY NEVER FURNISHED ME WITH THIS NUMBER. THEY JUST SIMPLY BLEW IT OFF. FURTHER, I DO NOT KNOW THE EMAIL OF THE BOARD MEMBER TO EMAIL OR WHO TO CONTACT.
