Christison Company was responsible to schedule and coordinate the mandatory inspections, and to coordinate the repairs, using a third party vendor which was approved by the board of directors The homeowner owes the association for the services the third party vendor provided Christison Company had nothing to do with the costs or how long it took to perform the repair The homeowner needs to direct his grievances to the board Since the homeowner is unable to attend a board meeting, he may do so in writingWe will ensure the letter or email gets to the board
