Bad Customer Service
This company does not know how to treat customers that are trying to retrieve their vehicles. This company has poor customer skills. Very rude, and short staffed. This company takes out their frustrations of being short staffed on the customers.

I am sorry that I didnt get your car fixed for you but I didnt even work on it to make to make rocker molding fall of it is just rusty old carand for the brakes I told you it had problems so thats not my issue but I did what I thought was
right by calling you and tell you to come and get it because I had no help and I did not charge you any thing I dont like it I try to help every one not leave any one stuck and for that I am sorry thank you ***.::

Thank you so much for contacting us regarding this matter. As the office manager, I want to assure you that we take complaints with open hearts, especially when they are valid. We have a booking system we use since Anytime Towing started, it allows us to book tows not only with cash
customers, but with all major insurance companies such as ***, *** ***, *** ***, *** and others. We also use it for booking the WSP calls along with the police calls. The dispatch gave the customer a flat rate of $on the phone when the initial call was made. However, the price should have been as follows:$for the two.$Enroute Mileage$for loaded Mileage $TaxesTotal $238.49We asked for $flat. There is no way we would dispatch a price of $80-$especially for an out of area call like this one. Muhammad has set up the invoice with $bills in the office on Sunday night and since we are closed on Monday for the holiday, we didn't get to it till today. I asked Muhammad about why not giving them an invoice, he said that "the young lady paid him and left the truck to go inside and never came back." It was below zero at the time, which explains why she went inside. In these situations we are more than happy to email the invoice to the customer, but they never asked the driverPlease provide us with an email and we will happily email themMuhammad has been working with us since 2012, he has been well received by customers and colleagues. I am very sad to read that the customer is accusing him of "pocketing" the cash! Muhammad is a family and honest man, we have never had in the past year experienced any money issue with him or any other drivers. I am rejecting this response because: It was not below Zero that day....AND Mohammad was on speaker phone, there was other in my vehicle listening to it, he quoted $80-$I can get everyone to attest to that, and Mohammad told my daughter that he did not have a receipt book with him so he couldn't give her oneYou can sit there and try to defend them all, but there have been more than just my complaints about being over charged.

This afternoon my car broke down in the middle of 5 o'clock traffic and I really needed my car towed immediately. The gentleman with Anytime Towing was there within 20 minutes of the call from my Roadside Assistance company. He was amazing, friendly and most important fast! So grateful that I didn't have to spend the evening out in the heat waiting for a tow guy. Highly recommend.

My car slid into a ditch on an icy road.
my insurance sent anytime towing.
the driver [redacted] was there 15 minutes early.
I was concerned by how my car was I. The ditch that there would be more damage.
the driver put my wife and I in his truck where it was warm and clean.
he got our car out of the ditch and home without a scratch.
very good experience on a really bad day.
