Anytyme Plumbing Inc Reviews (2)

Hi ***, Thank you for returning my call this morningAgain, I want to apologize for our company not responding to the Revdex.com in a timely mannerMy understanding is this had been resolved, not only with the customer but that the Revdex.com was aware of it as wellWe have had management & office
staff changes take place within the last months and though I was under the impression that this had been handled, since I am fully aware of the process, should have confirmed thatI truly hope that our past record, indicates that we take every complain serious & will always do our best to resolve issue in a timely manner.Regarding this customer complaint we are under the understanding that as as of July 31, 2014, when we met with the tenant of the property, there was not an issueWe have not heard back stating that there is a problem. We had difficulty prior to the meeting on the 31st trying to get an appointment scheduledAll parties involved wanted to try and coordinate a time that would work for the owner (whom lives out of the country) to be available by phone, the property manager, the tenant & our service technician to all be available to evaluate the issue. We did secure a couple of appointments prior to their being a Revdex.com complaint but when our service technicians did arrive, the problem was not able to be replicated. Again, at this time we are under the understanding that there is not an issueIf for any reason there is, our company is always willing to do our best to get the situation resolved. If there is any further questions or if further detail is requested, please feel free to contact me on my cell phone- ###-###-####. Thank you, ***

Hi [redacted], We sincerely apologize in the delay in response to the Revdex.com, as we have diligently been working with Ms. [redacted] to resolve all the issues she had brought forward, even before she made her claim with the Revdex.com. We have had multiple members of our staff meeting with Ms. [redacted] since the work...

has commenced.  Additionally the owner began meeting  with Ms. [redacted] at her property on different occasions, beginning in early Nov. We thought we had more time to respond and additionally thought we had come to the resolution that  Ms. [redacted] would be satisfied with on Dec 19th.On Dec 19th 2014, [redacted], President of 1800 Anytyme and [redacted] accompanied by licensed General Contractor [redacted] license #[redacted] showed up to [redacted]’s residence. On arrival we also met with [redacted] license #[redacted], whom was hired by [redacted] and 1800anytyme was asked to pay for his wages. [redacted] kindly met [redacted] in the driveway with some photographs in hand. She was excited to show these photographs to Mr. [redacted] because they were pictures were from the original owners and the home built during the 40's. Once the photographs were put away Mr. [redacted] gathered us up and made it clear what the purpose of the visit was. The goal was to walk the work area and for both parties to come to an agreement. Mr. [redacted] then asked Mr. [redacted] if he agreed to pay for his wages for the visit. Mr. [redacted] agreed for 1800 Anytyme to pay him and we began to walk up to the master suite where the work was done. Walking in to the master suite Mr. [redacted] began to ask [redacted] what 1800 anytyme worked on. At first glance it was obvious that there was damage to the room but not all of it was at fault of 1800 Anytyme’s. It was clear to see that some of the damage was existing damage and 1800 Anytyme does have the pictures to point that out. This damages that were at no fault of 1800 Anytyme were demanded to be fixed. Some of these damages were not even touched by a 1800 Anytyme employee.   After overlooking the master suite Mr. [redacted] ask to speak with [redacted] in private. Both Mr. [redacted] and [redacted] were speaking to one another for about 7-10 minutes. That is when Mr. [redacted] came out and walked up to us and began to tell us what [redacted] wanted resolved. [redacted] began to write down an agreement based on what [redacted] informed Mr. [redacted] and what Mr. [redacted] agreed to work on. The agreement read:1) 1800 Anytyme Plumbing will come back to the job and complete the plumbing to [redacted]’s approval.2) 1800 Anytyme Plumbing will refund any money that was paid for the job for  the amount of $3175.3) 1800 Anytyme Plumbing will refund [redacted] for the amount of $235 for the Roto-Rooter service.4) 1800 Anytyme Plumbing agrees to pay for the dry wall and paint repair in the kitchen, laundry and downstairs bathroom up to $1000.5) 1800 Anytyme Plumbing agrees to pay for [redacted] services today (12/19/14) and future services.6) All funds to be paid to [redacted] within 7 days of today’s date (12/21/14).7) Have Mike [redacted]’s attorney draft paper work.8) Maybe include 1152-54 in papers.Once the agreement was written up, Mr. [redacted] took it to [redacted] to review it. Approximately five minutes later both Mr. [redacted] and [redacted] met with Mr. [redacted] and agreed with the terms that were written down. The draft was suppose to be sent to Mr. [redacted]’s lawyer so it could be drafted and signed. As soon as Mr. [redacted] arrived to his office, after the visit the agreement was emailed to his lawyer. Once Ms. [redacted] received the agreement for her signature, she declined to sign. Below is a copy of an email sent to Ms. [redacted], another Revdex.com employee and legal advisers this morning. It details all of the proposed agreement that Ms. [redacted] had come up with; yet she still refused to move forward with this. We will continue to try and work with the customer to the best of our ability until a resolution is agreed upon.  If we can provide any further information regarding this matter, please let us know. We have kept record of email correspondence with our company and Ms. [redacted], starting before the Revdex.com complaint. Additionally, we have phone records & can provide those as well. Please let me know what else I can assit with. Thank you, [redacted] Ms. [redacted],  I received your email below and understand that you are intent on taking additional steps aimed at further harming our company.  We really wish you weren’t.  We have tried very hard to remedy this situation with you.  Specifically, you designated a licensed contractor ([redacted]) to meet with us and develop a solution for you and we met with your contractor, agreed to all of his suggestions (even those we didn’t think were appropriate) and even provided you with a written agreement to do all of the following things: 1.       Perform additional plumbing work to the Mr. [redacted]’s satisfaction at no charge to you;2.       Refund to you the sum of $3,175 and pay you the $235 you paid Roto-Rooter – all within 7 days;3.       Reimburse the amount you pay to have your drywall repaired in the kitchen, laundry and bathroom (up to $1,000); and4.       Pay Mr. [redacted]’s bill for the time he is spending on this matter. We were willing to do all of this – in addition to everything we have already done to try to satisfy you – in order to finally conclude this matter.  Since this list included everything you asked for and everything your contractor believed was reasonable, in exchange we asked you to agree to stop making claims and demands against our company and stop trying to cause trouble for us so we can get back to work helping other customers. You refused to sign the agreement.  We followed up with your contractor who agreed that we accurately reflected his recommendations in our agreement.  We are still willing to move forward with the resolution proposed by your contractor as described above.  Other than that, we are at a complete loss and don’t know what else we can do to bring this matter to a conclusion. We’ve believed for some time that your threats are a transparent attempt to harass us and extort us to pay you even more money in order to try to preserve our company’s reputation and prevent you from making reports to governmental agencies.  By refusing to sign the agreement and then forwarding us this Revdex.com email, you've provided further evidence that this is your plan. Please let us know if you wish to move forward and resolve this matter. Thank you.
