The service center is a bunch of "parts changers" that can't fault trace and fix a problem, they just throw parts at itOur family car went in multiple times for blown hoses and head gaskets because they couldn't figure out a clog in one of the hosesLuckily we bought the extended warranty, but even after the several thousands dollars of work and at least a month in the shop, we still were paying several hundreds of dollars for parts not covered, like hoses Just recently, the service center stripped the oil pan threads for the drain plug and denies it was their fault even though it was sent to their shop for the last two oil changesThe car goes in for an oil change, minutes later they want us to pay $to replace the oil panA pan that costs $at the auto parts store, which they confirmed that they'd buy from NAPA, not like it was an OEM part from the manufacturer I would have been less irritated if they offered to replace the pan, labor free, just at cost of the partThat seems like a fair compromise, but the Service Manager Kevin and the mechanics deny any responsibility But everyone knows that putting a drain plug on is like screwing in a light bulb, hard to mess up unless you are careless Also, never go there an hour before they close to get an oil change, at least one of their techs will cause extensive damage

The service center is a bunch of "parts changers" that can't fault trace and fix a problem, they just throw parts at it. Our family car went in multiple times for blown hoses and head gaskets because they couldn't figure out a clog in one of the hoses. Luckily we bought the extended warranty, but even after the several thousands dollars of work and at least a month in the shop, we still were paying several hundreds of dollars for parts not covered, like hoses.

Just recently, the service center stripped the oil pan threads for the drain plug and denies it was their fault even though it was sent to their shop for the last two oil changes. The car goes in for an oil change, 30 minutes later they want us to pay $350 to replace the oil pan. A pan that costs $100 at the auto parts store, which they confirmed that they'd buy from NAPA, not like it was an OEM part from the manufacturer.

I would have been less irritated if they offered to replace the pan, labor free, just at cost of the part. That seems like a fair compromise, but the Service Manager Kevin and the mechanics deny any responsibility.

But everyone knows that putting a drain plug on is like screwing in a light bulb, hard to mess up unless you are careless.

Also, never go there an hour before they close to get an oil change, at least one of their techs will cause extensive damage.
