Review: I moved in to the Keystone Apartments on November 3rd, 2014 and now the company is trying to terminate my tenancy agreement with a 20 day notice of a 12 month lease without any reason. I contacted them about it, didn't get an answer just a email saying that they would get back to me later that day on August 7th, 2015, two days after they gave me the notice. I paid my rent on time, in full as I always do and I don't understand why they are trying to kick me and my disabled son out on the street.Desired Settlement: I am not wanting to live here anymore but I do want an explanation of why I am being told to leave before my lease is up at the end of October, when I planned on moving out anyway. Plus the regional manager has been harassing me and others at the complex which is not OK.

saun meeds is a crook rented from him for 2 years ..not in an appt..he held1300.00 worth of my deposit..and did not get a dime back..we are clean and neat ..I guess he charges that for carpet cleaning..never allow yourself to rent from a slumloard like this..he is a feakle tiny little man..who thinks he is sum kind of martial arts expert..lol..a [redacted] in the wind would knock this dude over..little man syndrome ..he obviously takes his frustrations out on his tenents..save yourself the heart ache..and money rent from someone else..

This company is barely run by a married couple. I rented for a little over a year. The owner loves to make oral agreements and assurances but never follows up on them. He cares nothing for his tenants safety and has a habit of saying one thing to your face ("You're my best tenant") and then leaving a notice on your door the next day saying your violating the lease in some obscure and wholly fictional way (and that 'notice' costs $40). Worst of all, after I completed the move-out walk through I received a copy of the move-out check-list in the mail and it was full of white-out spots (also my signature was missing). The owner, [redacted], is a crook. DO NOT RENT OR DO BUSINESS OF ANY KIND WITH THIS COMPANY.
