I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 
I would like a copy of the contract I signed that stated I had to give 30 days notice. Otherwise I would like refund of the final month I was charged (August 2015), because like she stated, I did not tan past July 28,2015

In response to complaint:  The termination policy is clearly printed big and bold  do written notice to terminate membership.  As for us checking every membership to activity is not something we have time to do we have several memberships .   In looking at her tanning history...

except for the months stated she didn't tan she did tan all other months after that up thru July28   Had there been communication with me she could of put in a termination request since she met the 12 months there would have been no termination fee only a 30 day written notice and this would have been terminated.  Refunds are not permitted on memberships since the obligation is the customer responsibility.[redacted]
