Ao Dai Bella

This company is a SCAM! I ordered my dress almost a month ago (May 12th) and I paid for expedited shipping, yet they still have not sent me my dress. They responded to my first email about the status of my parcel's arrival, but when it still had not arrived in the timeframe that they quoted, they stopped responding altogether. This is a smart scam as they provide all these beautiful pictures, ask you to provide incredibly detailed measurements, and all of these contact info methods (live chat with a white lady; email; Skype; phone number), and yet no one has ever answered the phone. And if this address (1124 Gorham Avenue, Modesto, CA, 95350) is truly their address, a Google Map streets view search shows a house in a residential area rather than a legitimate business.

I can't believe I got scammed. I truly thought that this was a legitimate business. I buy a lot of things online but this is the first time I have ever been scammed like this. Since they won't respond to any of my messages, I don't think I'll get my money back. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!

Do not order from them. Bad product with bad quality and worst fabric ever. I asked for refund, I sent the ao dai back to them but I never got my money back. aodaibella.com is a scam website.

don't order anything from them. they took my money and I did not receive my dress for a month already. I called no one answer and email no one respond. I will report them to consumer report.

The shirt was not as pictured and was not tailored to the measurements I gave them. I want to return the shirt, but when I called they could not speak English and hung up on me. I sent an email in English and Vietnamese explaining that the shirt was not acceptable, so I wanted to return it for a refund. They replied that the shirt was as pictured and tailored. Such a waste of $159. Terrible shirt and terrible service. I will not order from them again and do not recommend anyone order from them.

Review: I placed an order for a traditional Vietnamese wedding dress on October 7th with Ao Dai Bella after I found out the dress I had tailored in my hometown was ruined. I needed a rush order knowing that I only had a little over a week for one to be sent to me. I inquired to Ao Dai Bella regarding the timing for my rush order and was assured that it will arrive on time for my wedding October 17th. Per their website rush orders have a delivery time of 4-8 days. On the 15th I emailed them in regard to the shipment and was told it was shipped. The next day I received a text message telling my dress should arrive that day and if not, my shipping fee would be refunded. I requested for the tracking number and according to that shipping info, it was only shipped that morning the 16th. The vendor told me it was shipped the 10th which that was the day a only shipping label was created according to the tracking number. Needless to say my dress did not arrive on time for my wedding but in fact arrived the Monday after. I respectfully request a full refund of my purchase price including the rush shipping fee. That was not returned to me as discussed. I tried contacting the vendor without a response. I filed a complaint.

The seller contacted me after I filed a complaint through [redacted]. We agreed that I mail the gown back to the seller, provide them with the tracking number for shipment, and they will refund my purchase and rush shipping fee. It has been over a month and I have yet to receive my refund as agreed. We corresponded several times over the course of the month. The first email said they will refund the purchase. The next email said that [redacted] refunded the purchase when I initially filed my dispute and they have the transaction number for the refund. There is not evidence of that transaction nor will they provide me with the transaction number as requested. The integrity of this company is definitely questionable. All I would like to happen is for them to return the money in which was owed to me.Desired Settlement: I would like the funds for my purchase and rush shipping fee returned to me.
