The bill(s) in question should have constituted only approximately (2) months of service, which was quoted at $per month plus taxes, by *** representative "Tanya" at 652-x*** on December 12, 2015, during a recorded conversationHowever, this was not the amount billed by ***, as the subsequent months were erroneously billed at: $(Dec 17), then $(Jan 17), and finally $(Feb 17)As the *** service additionally had separate instances of service outages during this time frame and *** would not correct the erroneous billing, we had to terminate the service
Written replies advising Cisco the amount of $was erroneous and in dispute were sent on: June 30, 2016, by fax and US mail, and by email again on Oct 27, and Nov
