This complaint represents our 15th good faith attempt to resolve this matter We have received a series of collection notices from Cisco, Inc concerning an over billed and erroneous [redacted] account balance of $ The bill(s) in question should have constituted only approximately (2) months of service, which was quoted at $per month plus taxes, by [redacted] representative "Tanya" at 652-x [redacted] on December 12, 2015, during a recorded conversationHowever, this was not the amount billed by ***, as the subsequent months were erroneously billed at: $(Dec 17), then $(Jan 17), and finally $(Feb 17)As the [redacted] service additionally had separate instances of service outages during this time frame and [redacted] would not correct the erroneous billing, we had to terminate the service Written replies advising Cisco the amount of $was erroneous and in dispute were sent on: June 30, 2016, by fax and US mail, and by email again on Oct 27, and Nov

Was looking to get a rough quote for roof + detached garage to roll the cost into my mortgage and they were the only company that responded with a quote the same day(other companies got around to it WEEKS later, or said they couldn't even give me a rough ballpark without extensive rigamarole, or just plain didn't call me back at all!)

[redacted] was able to give us a same-day quote on fixing our chimney and replacing the roof when I called Aok. His dedication to his business and providing the best service is obvious when you meet him. Plus, he went above and beyond to help us with a particular issue we had, not related to our contract, and also made extra fixes that were so appreciated but not charged for. And he took "after" photos of the chimney to show us the fix. He has a dedicated, hard working crew who are a credit to him as a boss. They worked solidly through all that incredible heat and humidity stopping only to cool off with water breaks. Their hard work was noticed in fact by a neighbour, who made a point of mentioning it to us at the end of the job. They were timely, professional and did a great clean up job.
We absolutely recommend this company.
