AOL didn't fix the problem they caused because I have had my [redacted] desktop computer for a year and I could send and receive mail before. Now I CAN NOT SEND ANY MAIL now.  It's their server that's a problem we  have tried all the numbers to get it to work.  It worked before it should continue to do so but it doesn't. I am rejecting this response because:The account [redacted] has NOT been fully cancelled/deleted. I have asked Ms F[redacted]/AOL Inc. to completely delete the account [redacted]. This did not happen.
Please have a look at the attachment. Name, Address and telephone number
have been replaced by anonymous data, but I had already removed this
information before. Email address, alternative email address, password security question and answer,
"membership since" and the account [redacted] itself have not been removed/deleted as I ordered.

In addition, an individual Service may require you to sign in and use the Service periodically to remain active on that Service. If you fail to remain active on a specific Service, we may deactivate your access and use of that Service.After we terminate or deactivate your account for inactivity, we have no obligation to retain, store, or provide you with any data, information, email, or other content that you uploaded, stored, transferred, sent, mailed, received, forwarded, posted or otherwise provide to us (collectively “posted” or “post”) on the Services and may allow another user to register and use the username. We also have no obligation to remove any public data, content, or other information that you posted on a Service or reactivate your account.We attempted to contact [redacted] on three occasions to discuss her complaint; unfortunately we were unable to reach her. I am very frustrated and do not understand why I can't receive any help.
