I am rejecting this response because: on 10/Sharonda told me the balance was $35,649.83on 10/Edgar told me the balance was $35,649.83on 11/Giovanni told me the balance was $35,649.83on 11/Leneisha told me the balance was $35,and that she took care of iton 11/Ivan told me the balance was $35,649.32it was not until 11/that Brandon stated that all the other employees were confused and gave me the wrong amountCan someone explain to me how people, including management level, gave me the all the same balance?This was an Aon Hewitt error and needs to be corrected to the amount that was quoted to me timesThank you, [redacted]

The issue had NOTHING to do with health benefits at all but rather with the company's customer service skills, including at the leadership level

Can someone explain to me how 5 people, including management level, gave me the all the same balance?This was an Aon Hewitt error and needs to be corrected to the amount that was quoted to me 6 times.
