A.O.N.I.A.P.

I requested my 2014 tax return be prepared by [redacted] on February [redacted],2014.After review of my tax information I was advised of how much my return would be and that it was being e-filed. I contacted the IRS on February [redacted] to verify the status of my return. They stated there was no information received for the 2014 tax return. I tried to contact [redacted] several times by phone and via text message and never received any correspondence. I believe that [redacted] is very unprofessional. I am not only filing this complaint because of the lack of service but because I am worried [redacted] may use the information provided to file my taxes for some type of fraudulent activity.**please be advised there is a 2nd location[redacted]
