A&P Auto Repair Service

A&P has damaged my car hood and latch and took them two weeks to tell me the truth about it. I brought the car for shaking and cuff-off problem. The owner has constantly lied to me about finding the problem. The car has been in their possession for a month. The owner has said that he would replace the hood with the same color which is green. He departed for Dominican Republic and left one of his worker in charge. He took them a whole month to replace the hood with a different color and fix the mechanical problem of the car. The stated that the problem was electrical. They changed ignition coil and the spark plugs. They overchaged for parts and labor to make up for the cost of replacing the hood and latch thast they damaged. They scratched and put dents over all the car. They overcharged over an used cd changer which they never told the price and I never authorized them to put it in.
