the vehicle was sold with an extended warranty, plus we guarantee n.jstate inspection 100% parts and labor , and the vehicle passed n.jinspection , this vehicle is in sound working condition, in and out or it would not pass inspection, the customer took the vehicle to another dealers service department who was trying to sell him all types of maintenance work that the vehicle doesn't needwe are not doing any work to this vehicle , for we do not owe the customer anythingwe sold a great car at a great price

hello we have spoken to the customer and we have cancelled the warranty, and we have issued a refundthank you

I am rejecting this response because: Dealer never responded to my complains: e-mails, phone calls, messages and when I visited Dealer's office I was told " I don't have to make any repairs on this car and I won't, go to Court and sue me"Dealer charged me $for Dealer warranty and that was wrong, secondly Dealer sold to me extended warranty for $ on top of He's warranty extended warranty but never activated, pay for and not even partiallyOne month after car was purchased I trying to cancel extended warranty but the warranty office told me they can't canceled something that doesn'tDealer charged me but keeps the moneyI called financing my car Bank and second complain ( after mechanical issues in this car) claim was open against Dealer for charging me money and never provided product to me - extended warrantyI reported this issue to the Police Department and I was advised to report this to Prosecutor office as a fraudI contacted with Bank again and said, I am on the way to Prosecutor office to report fraud, Bank Manager asked me to hold on it because they going to help meTwo days later Representative form bank informed me that refund $for extended warranty was returned to my car loan accountDealer holded my money from day of purchase July 22, and after so much trouble and waste my and Bank Personal time Bank returned to me in November Dealer never responded to my request, Dealer refused to make repair and corrections on car He sold to me, the car with pre existing damage condition and that Car Dealer totaly ignored me, my requests, help and claimsYes Dealer refunded me $for repairs on this car but the pre existing damage was estimated by two professional independent cars repair facilities to repair costs $Dealer charged me $for Dealer Warranty and He not supposeAnd on the end I must stated that this transaction, this car purchase was my and my family's the worst life time experience and the worst nightmareI didn't even imagine that anyone can run business on foundations of doing things this Dealer did to meNo body ever and no were in my entire life did to me what this Dealer didI learned a lot from this bad experience and I hope this, my experience will help future Customers make wise choice and check the Dealership review before make decision to avoid situation I was involved with this Car Dealer

To whom it may concern: we have settled everything with this customer , we gave this customer a check for $(good will) and the customer signed a release letter, for any further claims against our company, also we refunded customer for cancelled warrany

I am rejecting this response because:
I totally disagree with Twin Auto City Dealer.Car was sold to me with hidden damage to suspension and speed control sensor and damaged sensor is disabling cruise control. This dealer delivered this car to my address in day of purchase and after I took it for shot ride I find FCD code on dashboard. [redacted] inspected this car and stated that this car was sold to me in pre-existing damage condition and to damaged suspension must be repaired first before replacing damaged FCW sensor. Service Director told me it is long and complicated process to restore speed control sensor. Yes car was sold to me with extended warranty I paid $2500 and also 30 days Dealer warranty and dealer charged me $299 for that. Extended warranty estimator inspected this car and stated the car is in pre-existing damage condition and coverage is rejected. However they told me to return this car to the place where was purchased for repair. Yes I did returned on 8/8/17 [redacted] service delivered this car back to Twin Auto City dealership with detailed list for repair under 30 days warranty. They told me nothing is wrong who this car and nothing will be done. They told me to take my car home because they don't have room. After discussions manager told me they will order parts: speed control sensor, ball joint and agree on repair also on damaged, badly dented front rim. I was calling, messaging, e- mail and nobody ever got back to me. Twin Auto City answers to my complaints is totally disrespectful and way far from true!I have hard evidence to proof that whatever they stated is straight and big lye.Also answer from them it is another evidence for next investigations and Court.Once again thank you very much.Yours very truly.[redacted]
