A Plus Motors (= AP Fairfax) provided us with nothing but excellent service! We would definitely use their service again to buy a car and recommend to others All staff was professional, knowledgeable, non-pressuring, and trust-worthy They delivered what they had promised and more We bought a used luxury Audi that they just received There were a few items that we requested to be fixed The manager who sold us the car agreed, and he delivered as promised They went out of the way to deliver our car to our home as we had to work all week The two delivery men (salesman) were on time as promised and were courteous The financial fellow was very knowledgeable, helpful, clear, and got us excellent rate without being pushy selling optional products/services We trusted him as we trusted the manager He also delivered materials/documents that he promised As for the Inventory Manager, he coordinated for his staff to remove the cigarette smell and to detail our car They really went out of their way and did such a thorough job that the inside and outside of our used car felt like new! As for correspondence with the staff via emails, it was easy as they replied promptly and fielded all my questions and concernsI don't write reviews that often, but I strongly believe the staff here deserves an excellent review as they really went out of their way to accommodate us to ensure that we are happy with our purchase And without a doubt, we are extremely happy with our car purchase They even gave a limited warranty as they were confident that the car was not a lemon Our Audi is running smoothly without any problems so far Definitely, we will use A Plus Motors (AP Fairfax) service again and recommend it to others!

I want them to undo the deal if they were not able to fix the problem after at five tries, make me the way I was when I walked in the door. as of now im paying for a car that they have and can't seem to get it fixed after many tries. I now feel as thought I dont really trust the car.
