I am rejecting this response because: There responses are not all correct.MrArmando, also stated that the only was that we can see the power washer component working to its capacity, was to get the engine working first than they could of determined what else needed to be worked on.And I agree, because without having the power washer to start first, there is no way to determine if the PW other components were working O.KI took my power washer to have it work on whatever it needed to be fixed in order to have it working properly as it was suppose to.Please I would like to demand my money back, so that I can have it fixed correctly and in good working conditionSince, when I got it back it was stalling and stallingAnd I communicated this to MrArmandoAnd aren't you suppose to get some kind of warranty, I don't think I saw one.Thank you so very much

AP Lawn Mower Repair received a letter in the mall regarding the complaint with the ID of [redacted]. When Mrs.[redacted] came into the shop. It is true she asked the sales associate if we worked on pressure washers and we said we did. We asked her to please fill out an estimate with a "reason for check...

up" and notified her that she had to pay a $45 estimate/deposit fee. Of course the $45 was applied to the repair and we let her know when her pressure washer was ready for pick up. A copy of the estimate and the invoice was attached. They have the exact information of the copies that were given to Mrs.[redacted] and the estimate is signed by her. She came to the shop saying that the pressure washer would not start and when she came to pick up the power washer, she asked the pressure washer was working. The engine on the power washer was fixed which is what we ordered to check up. Exactly as she wrote "won't start" in the estimate, which was an engine problem, so that is what the mechanic checked. She asked if we had taken a look at the pump and we told her that she said the Power washer wouldn't start which was an engine problem, not a pump problem. She also stated that the pump was new. If the pump was new, there would be no need to check the pump. It is true we did not work on the pump and the reason for that is we did not have authorization to work on the pump. In the letter it also states that the Revdex.com has tried to contact us via e-mail  and we have not received any notification regarding this problem. Thank you for your assistance and time. If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at ###-###-####. Thanks again.Regards, Armando P[redacted]AP Lawn Mower Repair

The message is in regard to a complaint submitted by [redacted] to the Revdex.com on May 1, 2016. The complaint was assigned ID [redacted].Attached are copies of the invoice and the estimate for your better understanding. We acknowledge the customer's complaint but there is no action that we can take to reach Mrs. [redacted]'s desired outcome as stated in the page titled Customer Experience Information that the Revdex.com sent to our company. Our company performed the work that was asked for by Mrs. [redacted] based on what she handwrote herself in her signed estimate, stating that the machine "won't start". When a machine will not start it is due to an engine issue. Mrs. [redacted] states in her first letter to the Revdex.com that "Its like they did not fix it at all" which is false because she states in that same letter that we tested the unit here at our office and that it started up. She also went home and tested it out there, and it clearly turned on accoridng to the letter, meaning that the engine was fixed because it started. Mrs. [redacted] received a copy of the invoice attached, and as you can see from the invoice we charged her eighty-five dollars in total to fix the engine of her machine. Our company did not charge Mrs. [redacted] to fix the pump; therefore we cannot give her a refund of the eighty-five dollars that she has requested because the work that she asked for has already been done on the machine. If you could please send our company a copy of the e-mail, and the address that you tried to contact us at, that would be greatly appreciated. If you could also resend us the letter from the Revdex.com that we have attached a copy of, it would be greatly appreciated because we believe that where we have highlighted, there are parts missing. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to call us at (703) 779-8880. Thank you.Regards, Armando P[redacted]
