This copany has been making chnages as I can see from the complains so now they are asking their customers to put a forberence hold while you are making service fee payments to the company, and what happens after that three or four months period, well im not sure but from the complains it looks like they will be throwing my account with nelnet again so there is really no reason for them to help me other than to fill out paper work for the applicationSo now im in the process of asking for my first payment they took from my accountI suggest everyone who is thinking about using their service to do your research because the service they provide is something you can do for free on your own

If they couldn't consolidate the loans they would return my money in full. the whole process took a little then 3 months. They we're able to get me into an affordable payment plan based on my income.
