Date Sent: 1/7/2:07:PMThe client called us twice on a Saturday and we are only open Monday through FridayWe called him the following week to find out what he had the complaint about Our striper had finished 99% of the striping the day of the work and returned the next day to touch up a couple of things The client had not gone out to the property for a few days so didn't realize that the job was already done when he filed his complaint about us not returning his calls and finishing the job We were finished way before he realized it We have been paid by the client for this work The work looks really nice Additional statement: After four phone calls and one e-mail the customer finally called us backHe said that after looking at the job, he realized that we had completed the workWe checked with our striper and he had returned the day after doing the majority of the striping to finish up a couple of thingsThe date he finished was on DecGranted, we could have called the owner to let him know that everything was done but assumed that he would see it when he came to the siteApparently he hadn't been to the site days later when he made his first commentWe always try to satisfy our customers but as humans we are not perfect
