Apache Golf Cars

We recently purchased a rebuilt late-model Club Car from Apache Golf Cars. We had visited at least a half dozen other dealers in in the Phoenix area before buying from Apache. From the moment we walked into the door, our experience with Apache Golf Cars was very positive. The owner ([redacted]) was open, helpful, attentive, honest, and very customer focused. His team was also friendly and helpful. As seasoned business professionals, we don't waste our time with poor quality suppliers. So driving from the west valley to East Mesa do business with [redacted] and Apache Golf Carts is the best testimonial I can give.

We recently purchased a home here in Mesa and it came with a dated golf cart (1987 Yamaha

Sun Classic) which was in sore need of maintenance as it had been sitting unused for a

long time. The realtor who was familiar with our neighborhood recommended Apache Golf

Cars.

I contacted [redacted] at Apache Golf Cars and explained our situation to him. He kindly went over options with me and I had them come out an pick up our golf cart. [redacted] informed me that his Service Manager [redacted] would contact me.

[redacted] was terrific keeping me posted on the items that our cart needed in order to have it up and

running. He went over in great detail the items that needed to be repaired, replaced etc. I gave him the go ahead to proceed as this will be our second vehicle used to get around our particular community neighborhood and the nearby stores as well.

[redacted] explained that as this is an older cart, some spare parts are were readily available. However, his service team was able to work around that and did some custom rewiring and repaired the lights and brake lights as well. They also replaced the batteries (which were weak and in a run down condition), tires (three of which were in a bald state). Finally, they also repaired the passenger seat which had a broken seat back.

Even though the final cost was substantial (we were not too far off of our own estimate which we did not share with [redacted]) to have the lengthy list of repairs, etc., carried out, it was necessary in order to have the cart made operational and safe again. [redacted] also carried out a free repair on the lights and gave us a discount on another repair.

We feel we have been treated well and it is our opinion that the folks at Apache Golf Cars are a fair and honest bunch.

I also had the pleasure of speaking with [redacted], one of the co owners and General Manager of Apache Golf Cars so that I could let him know how satisfied we were with his company's service and with [redacted], the Service Manager and [redacted], who kindly spoke with me on the first day and got the ball rolling.

It is refreshing to deal with people who take the time to listen and to treat you in an honest and friendly manner. This is what the ethical folks at Apache Golf Cars are all about, first class customer service! Thanks Apache Golf Cars!
