We would be happy to refund the credit card deposit. As we have stated in a number of phone calls to the customer we will require the credit card number, the expiration date and the security code.[redacted]

Sincerely,

The price of $9189 was not the agree upon price. I encourage Apache Motorcycles to research their own records to see that they had advertised it in CycleTrader for $8799 plus  a $299 dealer prep fee. I have an ad from Cycletrader wherein they advertised this year, this motorcycle for $8713 but this ad was a bit before the ad I referenced. I will ask cycletrader to provide the exact advertisement from that date I am referring to.

Review: [redacted] failed to return a $100 deposit they solicited from me to "hold" a bike which I did not buy because it had been in an accident. Not only did they not disclose the damage until I persisted in asking for paperwork over a period of weeks, but then subsequently kept my deposit. I would still like it back, and for people to know how they operate: unethically!Desired Settlement: Just give me my money back .... it ain't rocket science.

Review: We purchased a motorcycle Dec. 13,2014. Jan.27, 2015 the temporary plate expires. On Wed. Jan. 21 I called MVD to inquire as to when the new Registration, tags etc, would arrive. The rep I spoke with at MVD, said he has no info regarding this temp plate number and suggested I call the dealership. In doing so the rep. told me that anyone who purchased a cycle in the month of Dec. was receiving their registration, tags the day before or the day of expiration. I told the rep the temp plate expires Jan. 27, he said to call back the day before the temp. plate expires. I called the dealership back on Mon. Jan. 26 to find it was closed that day, UNBELIEVABLE!. GREAT! Called the dealership on Tues. Jan. 27. mind you temp. plate expires today. the dealership sent my info to the [redacted]. store. I called the [redacted] store and spoke to the rep. She tells me the paperwork is being processed I should receive them tomorrow. I said so I should receive them tomorrow or maybe a day or two. Yes. Wed. Jan 28, nothing in the mail. So I call the [redacted]. store the rep. changing her story says, I told you they would process the paperwork tomorrow it takes 4 to 6 weeks to process you know. I wasn't going to argue, I said ," we purchased the motorcycle Dec 13. and have received nothing". Rep then says if we need the registration we could go to MVD and get a copy. The holidays, Xmas, New Years, Martin Luther put everything behind. It has been such an inconvenience. Does this mean we may have to wait another 4 to 6 weeks? We don't know when registration and tags will get here or when the motorcycle can be ridden. I told the [redacted]. store rep that I will have to file a complaint. They take care of the paperwork regarding the registration, why did it get processed the day I called to complain? hmmmDesired Settlement: We want the Registration, tags and etc. This motorcycle has to sit until the needed registration and tags arrive.

Review: I am from California and I bought a KTM 500 EXC here in August. When I picked up the bike we were very late - 10 minutes before closing due to taking a wrong turn and rush hour traffic. So I quickly signed the papers and took delivery of the bike. The agreed upon price (advertised in Cycletrader

and also conveyed to me verbally) was $ 9098. - I was talking to the salesman [redacted] at the Scottsdale branch of this company. When I first called [redacted]

he asked for a credit card for a $100 deposit which I gave him. When I sent him the final check a couple weeks later I didn't see the credit card debit

so I presumed they were not going to debit the credit card so I sent him a check for the full price. I thought at the time - no problem if there is

an overpayment they will simply refund the money. When I got back from vacation and looked over the papers I noticed they had changed the price

to $9198. so I called [redacted] and he said they would refund my credit card the $100. They never did so I called him a few more times and each time he

said they would refund the $100. Finally in December he said again they would refund the $100 and gave me the telephone number of the secretary

responsible for refunding the money. I called her and she said they don't owe me $100. I talked to the sales manager [redacted] and he said the same

thing. They called [redacted] and he called me back, this time - after previously admitting I was overcharged 7 times in prior conversations - he said

they don't owe me $100. I have a Cycletrader Ad from before when I purchased my motorcycle wherein they advertised the same motorcycle

(same model, year, etc... ) for $8713 - their dealer prep fee is $299.Desired Settlement: I only want the $100 refunded to my credit card as [redacted] said they would do. In [redacted]'s last phone call he offered to give me a parts discount

but by the time I pay for shipping I can get the parts here for the same price I am sure.
