I am rejecting this response because:The van did not arrive until 3:p.mNot 3:p.m. It was a half hour late and I want that reflected. I do appreciate them refunding me, but I want to make sure they accurately reflect that the van was a half hour late.

The booking we received from *** *** was for arrival March 23, and departure April We were not aware she was leaving on March until Ms*** *** called us the evening of March to advise she was departing March We set up her transfer and also added a
transfer for her friend The pick up time was scheduled for 3:p.m The vehicle was detained at another pick up location, but got there around 3:pm Ms*** *** thought she was receiving a private transfer, but she purchased a shared transfer Due to her dissatisfaction, we have refunded her in full for her transfer, and also refunded the $her friend paid to the driver We have been in contact with her via email to advise that the refunds are being processed
