Apache Ink Tattoo

I wanted a tattoo of the exact picture I brought to them and said he could do it. It's the fallen soldier. The tattoo is not even close to what I brought into the shop. I went on line and looked at the tattoo's that were done by the shop but, if you looked at the work there and the work on my arm, there is something really wrong. There is no way the guy that did my tattoo did the ones he says he did. If he did then he just did a hack job on mine to make a quick buck. The boots look like they are women's boots just bought out of a store. The helmet looks like its a mushroom. There has been many laughs from friends of mine over this [redacted] on my arm. I could have done a better job. When he put the stencil on my arm I said "you are going to do your magic on these boots right?" I said they look brand new and not like they walked through [redacted]. He said "oh yeah!" All he did was trace the [redacted] picture, I could have done that myself. I have already talked to another artist and after talking with him he even said what a horrible job this was. I have done everything I can to keep my arm covered, I do not want to explain this horror show. I should have just walked out when he started looking on the computer to look at other ones. I'm really [redacted] off because I brought a picture and he just refused to do it. Now I'm paying for it. The other artist said the picture I brought is awesome and he can do it with no problem and we even designed a cool background.Desired SettlementHonestly I would like my money back. I don't think its right to say you can do something and then do something 100% different. That's called bait and switch. This tattoo is really bad! $200.00 out of my pocket for a horrible tattoo that I wouldn't wish on anyone. This is a honorary symbol to honor fallen soldiers. Unfortunately I should of waited until I was paid by him. He assured me I would be paid back. I have all emails saved from him and the ones I have sent to him. So I just wanted to let you know.
