I am shocked! Lost Dutchman Laundry REMOVED my review from their website. Way back in the day we would write a letter to the Editor when we were dissatisfied ~ so here's my experience:
I live within walking distance from their laundry mat located at [redacted] Both online and on their front door they advertise the hours - (they do have a disclaimer that the last load must be started by 7:00 PM)
So twice now I have washed one load of towels AT HOME and arrived at 6:45PM to just dry them. Finding the door locked with a clerk who just yelled, "we are closed!" I called and left a voice mail expressing my frustration so will give them ONE STAR for returning my call. Her lame excuse though that the boss has said she can leave early when there are NO CUSTOMERS just lost her this customer. If they won't HONOR these hours I will go the extra distance down the Trail ????
