May 03/Booked hikes for individuals with Pursuit Adventures: June 24th and July 22nd Total amount paid: $ June 21/Pursuit cancelled hike of June 24th due to damage sustained to their house during the windstorm in Red Deer June 21st Hike was re-booked for August 26th July 10th notified Pursuit that due to an injury of one of the participants the hike we were unable to participate in hike of 22nd of July - cancelled this hike August 08th notified Pursuit that injury had not healed and therefore hike of August 26th would have to be cancelled Asked for a refund of both hikes August 16th had not heard anything so again asked for refundSpoke over phone several times during the months of August and September and refund was promised August 17th Pursuit responded via email that they would be getting back shortlyNo response August 28th I wrote asking for a response August 30th Pursuit wrote that they wanted to make it right to us Pr
