I have had constant issues with this company showing up to do work They are now 1/weeks past contract date with no end in site to finish work
From the beginning dealing with these contractors of Sahene Construction they have been very vague about timelines, project details, amounts, and pricing It took them nearly months to draw up the first official contract and even then it was partial, only listing $20,to get the project started It took them another weeks to complete the official contract, by this time they already had over $20,of my insurance money I felt obligated to sign and stick with them From then on, they never abided by their own (verbal) timeline, never provided any invoices to me after work was completed before requesting more money *** *** originally was on the job, then *** *** came into the picture, then *** took *** off my job, and put *** *** on my job From about Oct to Dec *** was in charge, and things progress

We hired this company, Sahene Constuction LLC, in August after our home was floodedIn February after we had the first inspection and after receiving additional payment from our mortgage company, they stopped working on our home and wanted to renegotiate the contractThey stopped work in February but failed to let us know what they were trying to do until we met with their project manager on March 25thHe had been let go because he refused to violate the contractThey left the house incomplete and the back part of the house was left open and exposed to the elements My daughter is handling all of the negotiations for us as we are (***) and (***) years oldHere is additional information leading up to our final contact with SaheneWhen the inspection was done back in January, it was estimated that they had completed about 45% of the work and the additional payment w
