I am not happy with the management here at all. I have lived here for three years and all the other tenants are new, but I was the one to be forced to move my parking stall to a space that requires me to jump the curb just to get in and out; a space that is filled with gravel, grass, dirt, and too-close-for-comfort next to the trash bins. Not only that, I was told by this management that the reason for this is because of the size of my unit. Now, this would be understandable if the unit next to me was not the same size as mine; mirrored set up, and they have a much better parking space. Why not give them the "curb-jumping" space because I have been here much longer? And to top it all off, the renovation/maintenance people, continually, park in my "stall"; either blocking me in, or forcing me to find parking elsewhere when a parking stall is part of my rent payment. Why can't your renovation/maintenance people park in the street instead? Unless this management is willing to pay for whatever damages to my suspension and/or tires that will be sustained due to my "curb-jumping" space, I will always find this management absolutely unaccommodating. And on another note, being told that, "Well, the old management had the parking situation wrong and this is the right way to do it and if you want we can take the parking stall off your rent and give it to someone who wants it," is not a helpful solution in the least bit. It's a "take it or leave it" and "this will shut her up" kind of answer. I may be the youngest tenant here, but that does not mean that I'm going to sit and stay quiet when I am, clearly, being treated unfairly.

This company has been a real savior. Before they took over the management our building was in the dumps. The previous management company did not fix ANYTHING. The trash area was overfilled all the time and other tenants would just leave rubbish outside and all around. Some of the tenants would throw loud parties and even though we complained to management, nothing was done. It's been 4 months since Apartment Advisors took over and things are SO much better. They did a walk through of my unit and fixed all the items that were broken (screens, outlets, and a door that was falling off). They've also started upgrading the property (painting, etc.) and it really looks great. The property managers are really responsive and professional. These guys rock!
