Please find attached copy of the invoice from the 3rd party vendor that conducted the carpet cleaning as the supporting document for related charges

Ms*** moved into the apartment home and resided in the unit for months. The apartment and the carpet were brand new, out of construction when Ms*** took possession of the home. Upon move out, the carpet was cleaned, however the community was billed the additional $for
additional cleaning that was required to restore the carpet that was beyond wear. The expenses incurred were deducted from Ms***'s security deposit
