I realize this left her with few choices for the night and I realize that she had to stay home until the repair was made and that was inconvenientSometimes these things happen
To speak to the demeanor of our technician...I am sure he was sleeping when she called and may have been short, but I guarantee he was not rude, as this technician does not have a rude bone in is bodyIt was his job to tell Ms*** something she didn't want to hear
In closing, I believe Ms*** had expectations that exceed the amount of service that we are able to provideI apologize for not meeting her expectationsHowever I believe we acted appropriately in this situation

Mr. [redacted] has had his unit treated twice by professionals. The third time he was given bug bombs to set off in his...

apartment. The bugs he is now complaining of are outside in an external hall open to the elements. He is asking that the gnats that fly around in the external hall be eliminated. This would be next to impossible. The owner of the property in not going to pay to treat insects that are outside his apartment. We informed him of this and told him that if he wanted to cut down on the gnats flying around his unit he could pour bleach down the drain near his unit, but that the owner would not pay for further treatment. As of September 16, we are no longer managing this property; the owner has decided to change companies. All further inquiries should be addressed to the new manager [redacted] at XXX-XXX-XXXX.
