Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:1) THIS IS NOT A REMEDY.2) Stuart G [redacted] never even heard my requested remedy All I wanted was for them to take out the failed C: hard drive and plug in the D: hard drive into the C: slot I NEVER ASKED TO HAVE ANYTHING REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY Stuart was so pleased that they didn't have the hard drive in their records, that he never asked what remedy I sought He was much more concerned with condescendingly teaching me that I was a thief- trying to get something for nothing 3) It appears that even after reading this complaint, Stuart STILL does not understand the remedy I proposed I will not continue to do business with this kind of paranoid stupidity Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]

I am rejecting this response because:It is a lie.While the D drive may have had some errors on it, it was functioning perfectly for my needs. This is why I told them I did not want a new hard drive the first time (when they told me it showed errors) AND why I told them to just chuck the C drive and put the D drive in its place on the second visit. Both times I asked to use only the drive I had originally purchased- and both times they did not honor that simple request.And now they are lying about it.

Both hard drives found in the clients computer  failed diagnostics.  Using the D drive as the primary would not correct the issue.Of course you are welcome to seek another opinion elsewhere.

COMPLAINT ID [redacted]The customer came in with a computer desktop, and after the hard drive tests were run, both hard drives in the system reported that the drives were failing.Our records indicated that one hard drive was purchased in 2011, from Sandia Computers, which was no longer under warranty,...

 And the second hard drivewas never in our data base as to being sold or received by Sandia Computers from any of our vendors.The customer became very angry that the second hard drive, was not going to be replaced under warranty.  The drive was never purchased here, as indicated, and the technician who worked on the computer did not know where the 2 nd hard drive came from since it was never in our inventory data base, wehad no idea why it was in his system.  Even if did give him this drive somehow, he was never charged for the item, and of course there would beno warranty implied at anytime.We are sorry for his misunderstanding as to our procedures here, and we look forward to serving him in the future, should he decide to come back.Thank you,Stuart G[redacted]PresidentSandia Computers
