What Mr*** did not tell you was that before he contacted you on 6/10/at 5:pm, Mr*** made contact with our office throughout the morningHe told me that he did not have money to pay for the coming week, due on 6/12/, or the following week, due on 6/19/Mr*** said that the law firm where he was hired would not advance him funds before his first paycheck on 6/20/Mr*** wanted our company to allow him to stay without payment for two weeksHe said he would reimburse us after he received his first paycheck
All payment for services is in advance of a stayIt cannot be overlooked for one clientMr*** was not happy with the fact that I would not go against company policy and make an exception for himHe told me that I was going to make him homelessHe was hoping that if he contacted Revdex.com, that he would get two weeks for free, as he requested in his complaint

Ms. [redacted] rents an apartment from us with three...

of her roommates. Their rent is $1270 per month combined. She has continually and without interruption used the premises that she and her roommates rented from us.She and her roommates currently owe us $1270 in rent plus a late fee of $160.
Around the beginning of September 2013, one of the residents pushed a check #[redacted] for the amount of $1270.00 under our office door when no one was in the office. The check was discovered recently under some boxes at the entry way of our office. Upon discovery of the check, we immediately contacted Ms. [redacted], the roommate who wrote the check, to let her know that we had found her check, that it had not been deposited. She told me that she did not have the funds in her account and that she was expecting her tax return this week and that would cover the past due rent.. I had agreed to accept the past due rent and had agreed to waive the late fee if the past due rent is paid in the next week.
As this was a substantial check, $1270.00, Ms. [redacted] was quite aware of the fact that her check was not cashed and she neglected to correct her rental account or contact us about her lost check. Instead of notifying our office of her lost payment, she chose to spend not only her portion of the rent, but also the entire amount of her three roommates. She now finds herself in a situation where she has misappropriated her roommates funds and not paid her own rent.
All of the residents are liable for these funds. As of this date, we have not filed with the courts.
Now, I am quite baffled by the fact that Ms. [redacted] has contacted you and that she believes that she has been wronged by us in any way. Ms. [redacted] stole her money, not our firm. Is Ms. [redacted] under the impression that goods and services are free if the payment is lost, not cashed immediately, or stolen by her roommate?
Per the lease, all three roommates are equally responsible to ensure that this past due rent is paid and I expect our company to be made whole in a timely manner.
