Apartment Management Associate

This company is honestly the worst business that I've ever had to deal with. The somewhat cheaper building rent bills come at the cost of your happiness, sanity, and living conditions. I've always had a clean living space, and yet while living in these filthy buildings, I've had mice, roaches, bedbugs, ceiling leaks, broken ovens, drug-using neighbors, the whole nine yards. And, three months after moving out at my earliest convenience, I still have yet to see my security deposit, despite dozens of calls, follow-ups, and emails. I'm considering opening a lawsuit against the absolutely disgusting way this company operates. Save yourself the worst years of your life and live elsewhere.

Review: I moved from an apt at [redacted] which this company owns the end of february 2014.

I was told I would receive my security deposit with 8-10 weeks which I still haven't received,I called and spoke with a lady by the name of [redacted] on numerous occasions.

every time I spoke with [redacted] I was given the run around about when I would get my deposit.. it's been 4 months already & I still don't have my deposit.Desired Settlement: I want my refund returned to me A.S.A.P!! I will take it to litigation if need be & sue for my deposit + late fees
