First, we would like to apologize for your dissatisfaction with your experience with our companyAs mentioned in the e-mail sent to you today, we do work very hard to provide excellent service to all of our tenants and to take care of all maintenance issues in a timely mannerHowever, we do
get very busy at times and aren't able to respond to everyone immediatelyAlso mentioned in the e-mail, we have taken care of or scheduled to repair all of the issues that were addressed in your complaint including sending our vendor to take care of your blinds next week and anything else that needs serviceThe trash bins were replaced as of mid-August and everyone (including tenants and mail man) were provided new keys for the front and back gatesI hope the various resources that were provided to you via email; to submit maintenance requests via our website &/or 24/maintenance line were helpful and that your future experience with AMG is a positive oneAgain, if there are any further questions or concerns you may have please don't hesitate to contact us
