Mr. [redacted] moved out 8/31/15. We walked his apartment for damages on 9/2/15. There were no damages and his deposit was mailed back to him in full plus interest in accordance to law on 10/12/15. Why he hasn't received it in the mail is beyond...
our control and lies with the postal service. I do know it was check number 1147 and it went out on 10/12/15. He's asking for an itemized deduction sheet but there isn't one because there were no deductions. He got 100 percent of his deposit back with interest. If for some reason the address he gave us to mail it to was wrong the mail will eventually be returned to us and UN-deliverable and we will try mailing it again. Attached is a screen shot of his tenant ledger showing the dates the check was send and the amount in full.
