Was referred by friend of great service, I called to schedule appt which was told would be up to 7-business days,that time had came and gone then called for the 2nd time was told would call me back on monday or Tuesday cause this was my 2nd time calling so here we are end of week called 3rd time for his mom to tell me hes out of town for the week so why was I told would call me back if wasn't correct, them to put me down cause its a free estimate well get to you as we can?? Seriously thats your choice of business words of free estimate...its a family owned business but not a friendly family business!!!! In three weeks couldn't get a up to date courtesy call from them.guess the mom who runs office made me feel like [redacted] cause they company offers free estimate.but yet puts of on back burner

Definitely the right place to go when apartment hunting!

the credit company, they did not decide to favor the client.We do let the client use that $60 in the future with our company, but don't refund it.  We can't go int he negative for clients to apply for an apartment.

soon as we had the funds back from the management company. We refunded the same day we had the funds. I do care deeply about customer service and will be happy to reserve a credit for our services to the client for an additional $100 towards any apartment through our service.
