as we had the funds back from the management company. We refunded the same day we had the funds. I do care deeply about customer service and will be happy to reserve a credit for our services to the client for an additional $100 towards any apartment through our service.

Tell us why here...when a client applies for an apartment, we pay a fee to run the credit , and whether they are approved or not, the credit fee is charged.We make that clear on our applications and recepits.  Although this client did dispute the charge with the credit company, they did not...

decide to favor the client.We do let the client use that $60 in the future with our company, but don't refund it.  We can't go int he negative for clients to apply for an apartment. The reason the credit fee went in at a later date is because the client disputed the charge.The  credit card company overturned her stop because we did run the credit.
