Date: February 18,2016*** *** originally was assisted by Angie V*** who was the Property Manager at the time*** *** wanted to terminate her least months prior to lease end dateShe was hopeful to find a house and get approvedAngie explained to her our policies
as far as terminationThe policy is a day Notice to Vacate plus a termination fee of two months rentAt move-out *** *** was advised she would be charged of any damages to the apartment other than wear and tear.*** *** was charged for the poor condition of the apartment in addition to her termination fees She had multiple damages to carpet, walls etcShe requested a payment arrangementAngie was being promoted to the Business Manager of another property in VirginiaOnce the new manager started (Melissa W***) and got settled she contacted *** *** to arrange a payment arrangementIn Melissa's absence one day, *** *** came in and signed the arrangement with Jamie M*** the Assistant Manager, *** *** completely understood the charges and requested to see the pictures, which Jamie and her then went over togetherBecause *** *** failed to withhold the payment arrangement scheduled with Melissa she was sent to collections on 1/29/Enclosed you will find the agreement signed by *** *** and the photos of the damages to her apartment.Respectfully,Sherri S
