Dirk talked to the company Floor to Ceiling in Fargo , they previously have gone to Client's house several times already to replace the linoleum in different parts of the house because it is so low quality that it just keeps breaking, we talked to them and they are going to patch what was damage just by placing on the floor a small fridge they have in the Laundry room The Company Floor to Ceiling suggested she should upgrade the linoleum because it will keep breaking and breakingWe refused to move the washer and dryer because the laundry room has low quality linoleum and if we move the washer and dryer there it will crack, and client will demand us to replace the whole thing like she is asking nowWe even suggested client should put a board under washer and dryer so it will minimize damage, but client doesn't want to listen to any suggestionsWe have already talked to company and they will patch it, because if they replace just that part it will create more damageWe always take care of all of our client's concerns, but they also have to understand their situationWe'll send you the bill from Floor to Ceiling in Fargo, after they finish with the repair. We'll call client again and resolve this the best way possible

I am rejecting this response because:
Argumentum ad hominemCaveat emptor.Ms*** has done a great job lying, victim blaming, and hurling personal attacks on behalf of the companyAny effort or gesture to resolve the problem and have a happy customer? NoneThat speaks volumes on the integrity of the businessThis is why I chose to contact Revdex.com

I am rejecting this response because:1) The previous damage was all documented prior to the move when packing. Damage I am requesting repairs for resulted FROM the moveAlso, attached is my copy of the inventory listNotice items at the bottom of list were added and my initials were falsified by Precision Van LinesThe dryer was damaged on the side by a large dentDirk said it would not be repairedThe washer/dryer have some are about years old. Not exactly old and battered. Falsifying a document to get out of repair.2) I did not refuse repairI had questions about having an unknown company to me and checking their history of repairs to see if customers were satisfiedThis would seem reasonableI received a call today from the repair companyShe informed me she had told Dirk some pieces could not be repair in my home as it's more involved than a marker repair. Dirk told her to repair what they could. What happens with the majority of items that cannot be repair in my home, but taken to their shop?3) Caster on the coffee table is brokenRefer to inventory list as can be verified not broken prior to the move. The mover hired by Dirk in Frisco also contacted Dirk to tell him "he did not break the caster and wasn't going to be responsible for it". Dirk said he would replace this.4) The mover hired by Dirk in Frisco can attest to all the damage as he made comment of the packing of items and obvious damage by the way items were packaged. 5) The mover that contacted me per request of Dirk, told me that usually if there is damage, a claim is filed, given to an adjuster to come look at the damage and determine next step. 6) I have a professional job and a consultant who cannot step away from clients I am training to take phone calls. I have told Dirk many times to email me, as I do all people that need to contact me, as that is the best way to get ahold of me. I have explained this many timesI make calls when I have time. Or I can, and have responded via email. Dirk has ignored my emails when I ask for the process to file a claim, of which he will not provide to me.This could be a simple process, not making excuses to not take responsibility for the damage and frustrating a customerFalsifying a document shows the character of this company

*** *** was our client years ago, she was very nice, she said that the one who put a bad review wasn’t her but it was her ex-boyfriend *** *** who Put a bad review using her email account pretending it was her*** HAS A LEGAL RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST *** *** was breaking up
with her boyfriend *** due to his aggressive temper and many fits of rageThe owner of Apartment Pros had to ask him to leave ***’s property due to his rage and anger and abuse towards our moving crewOur wonderful client *** *** and her excellent son were a pleasure to work with- It looks like *** is threatening *** now because we contacted *** ***, to ask him to remove that inappropriate inaccurate review on Google, we had a lawyer helping us, so this scared *** out and now he’s bothering ***We won’t contact *** ***, we are worried about her well-being, we don’t know what her ex-boyfriend is able to do to herWe hope all goes well with her new life

First of all that saying that we falsified a document is a big accusation and a big lie, therefore nothing else that client *** *** says will be valid nowThis Document documenting damages is authentic and she should have a copy of this as well, so this is clearly now an attempt to commit fraud. On local moves we always use moving blankets to wrap and protect furnitureOn Long distance moves we use cardboard and shrink-wrap, just like furniture stores do to deliver their furniture, they use cardboard, and they even ship that from China or Vietnam and furniture arrives in perfect condition to the United StatesThe same here in our experience years doing long distance moves and this is the first claim and only because of furniture were pre-damagedThe problem was that the movers didn't know the pre-damaged state of client’s furniture of Client *** ***r prior to the moveBut like I said from this point on I reject this claim as well for falsely accusing of falsifying documentsOur manager wanted to send a furniture repair company just to please the client but at this point I don’t think there is a way to please herClient *** ***r kept rejecting that but finally yesterday she accepted the furniture repair people to go to her place to repair the furniture that were already pre-damaged, they will go and repair that at our expense and still she just keeps complainingThis is the last thing we’ll do for her

Client never asked us to do something else, if client would have told us something different we would have done it, we were working by the hour anywayWe placed the tv in the tv box,add some extra support with the soft pillows, we covered everything with moving pads put some ratchet straps around to avoid shiftingClient called after we loaded her Penske to ask if the pillows would be too much there and would hurt the tv, we told her pillows won’t hurt the tv it just would add extra supportClient told us that the first thing they were going to do as soon as they arrive in Oregon was to check the tv and she would give us a callThat was in MayClient NEVER CALLED IN MAYMore information CLIENT NEVER MENTIONED TO US THE ALL THE THINGS WERE GOING INTO STORAGE, that is something she just mentioned later in SeptemberThe other lady that works here, never mentioned anything about insurance, insurances don't cover self-moving items, because no one knows how clients are going to manage their own itemsClient mentioned the insurance to me, thinking our insurance can buy her a new tvWhen client called in September and I answered, she told me her name and I told her that I remembered her move, she called in May after the loading of her Penske, they thought the pillows were too much in addition to the tv box for protection and client told us THEY WERE GOING TO CHECK THEIR TV AS SOON AS THEY ARRIVE IN OREGON IN MAY and they were going to call if there was any problem right there in MayTHEY NEVER CALLED IN MAY OR JUNE, that meant the tv arrived perfectly because they were going to check on the tv upon arrival according to what they saidWe have moved thousands of tvs without any problem or damageThe truth is the only way she could have damage the tv is if they dropped the tvClient threatened us just to get her a new tv and and called us scam artist, she attacked us and accuses us wronglyI’m attaching the contract with liability signed by client

I am rejecting this response because:Many of these statements are untrueI feel threatened by Dirk who is making lies up about my personal lifeHe has no right to speculate about my lifeIf he puts one more untrue statement about me on the internet I will get an attorney and notify the policeI will never recommend or use this company again

Client *** *** hired us to load a Penske on May 25th 2017. , We do full- service long distance moves ourselves and we are responsible for the whole load from beginning to endBut client just requested to help her load her Penske, and she knew she was responsible for all
damages to all items in the Penske. She was self moving, self packing, and self driving all the way to OregonWe still were very careful and put the TV inside the TV Box, and we added extra soft pillows to add more support to the tvWe placed the tv box at the front of the truck for safetyWe still covered all items with moving pads, and put ratchet straps around the shipment to make it saferClient signed the Liability Waiver releasing us for any and all responsibility for all items in the PenskeShe told us the first thing she was going to do after she arrived in Oregon is to check on her tv and give us a call; even though we are not responsible for any damage, TV arrived in good condition client never called to report any damage in MayClient called later on September 19th said that later she put things into storage. We don't know exactly what happened how they handled the tv after that, or how they stored the tv, but client said that her tv wasn't working now, and if we don't pay her she will put bad reviews all over the placeShe did-- she put a bad review on Facebook and with youClient was threatening us and was very rudeWe can't take responsibility for something like thatHere I'm attaching the client's contract with her signature on the Liability Waiver releasing us for any and all responsibility for all items in the Penske included also the date of move that on was May 25, She obviously broke the tv herself and thought that if she threatened us she was going to get a new tv. She told me, " You guys have insurance so your insurance can pay for a new tv." This is a dishonest attempt to get a new tv. Cinthia *** ###-###-####[email protected]

Dirk talked to the company Floor to Ceiling in Fargo , they previously have gone to Client's house several times already to replace the linoleum in different parts of the house because it is so low quality that it just keeps breaking, we talked to them and they are going to patch what
was damage just by placing on the floor a small fridge they have in the Laundry room The Company Floor to Ceiling suggested she should upgrade the linoleum because it will keep breaking and breakingWe refused to move the washer and dryer because the laundry room has low quality linoleum and if we move the washer and dryer there it will crack, and client will demand us to replace the whole thing like she is asking nowWe even suggested client should put a board under washer and dryer so it will minimize damage, but client doesn't want to listen to any suggestionsWe have already talked to company and they will patch it, because if they replace just that part it will create more damage. We always take care of all of our client's concerns, but they also have to understand their situationWe'll send you the bill from Floor to Ceiling in Fargo, after they finish with the repair. We'll call client again and resolve this the best way possible

Client *** *** had Damaged furniture prior to the move , please see damaged inventory attached signed by herAfter the move she said her furniture was damaged when it was already damaged prior to the moveWe explained that that to her and we even hired a very reputable furniture repair
company that was recommended to us in Frisco, TX to go to her apartment to fix any "damage" but she is refusing to have them over for repairThe manager tried calling her several times and she is no answering his callsHe also sent her emails.Regarding to the unload crew, they were paid additional money, we had to send the unload crew a check with more money because her apartment building just allowed the trailer to be dropped over a long block away from her apartment, she had a very hard apartment management so we had to deal with all that last minute , we had to pay unload crew extra money but she didn't have to pay us extra for thatWe pay them $Each. The boxes she used to pack were very poor quality and we don't take responsibility for how the clients pack their items, this is also stated on the contract and it's signed by her with her initials next to itSee contract attachedWhen we pack we make sure to use good quality boxes, we use dish barrels for glassware and we wrap glasses carefullyBut she did her own packingWe have been moving all over the country for over years and this is the first time we have a complaintNow we have a complaint on an already damaged furniture. We are still trying to contact *** ***, hoping that she responds
