To Mr [redacted], and to whom it may concern:I am sorry that Mr [redacted] was frustrated by his experience with Apartment Rental Experts.  I did not witness the episode in question; however, I understand that Mr [redacted] started the paperwork to apply for an apartment, but then decided that he did not...

want to continue with the application process.  Again, I was not there, but I think that a misunderstanding ensued.When Mr [redacted] discontinued his application he asked that all paperwork be returned to him.  We are required by law to keep copies of all paperwork related to our dealing with the public.  When the agent tried to explain this to Mr [redacted], he became very upset.  I want to assure Mr [redacted] that the agent, and Apartment Rental Experts, was in no way trying to take advantage of him.  I'm sure that the agent would have loved to return all the paperwork, but these regulations are pretty strict.  I'm sorry if she did not communicate this state of affairs clearly to Mr [redacted].  I also want to assure him that we are responsible with our paperwork.  We have been in business for over 15 years and have never had issues with lost or misused information.All that said I would be happy to provide Mr [redacted] with all the original forms from his discontinued application.  I have the folder with me at our Porter Square office at [redacted].  My cell is ###-###-#### and email is [redacted] or [redacted] (they both go to same place).  I can either mail the forms to whatever address Mr [redacted] would like me to use or he can pick them up at our office.  I look forward to hearing from Mr [redacted].Thank you,[redacted]
