Great Community and Large Floorplans!
I had a friend who lived at these apartments and I was shocked to see how giant the floorplan was! Everything looked so well taken care of and my friend really enjoys living there!

Great space to make home
My grandfather lived here for 4 years and they were very kind and easy to work with. Any maintenance issues that he ever had, they were there very quickly. I didn't see any reviews in the past 7 years and I know the ownership changed at some point since then, so thought I would add a more recent review. The floor plans are large and allow for a lot of space.

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: if the Office Manager knew that the tenants were students whose plans "change daily," he should have told us that these tenants plans change on a daily basis and that we should wait to apply until they speak with them again I should not be responsible for a tenant telling a property management company that the house is available to sublet then changing their mind after we apply Furthermore, since the property management company knew that these were students that change their mind on a "daily basis," they should have not told us that the first step is to apply and encourage us to do so The first step for them should have been to verify that the tenants still wanted to sublet their house BEFORE having us apply and pay fees They had the knowledge that these were students that change their mind "on a daily basis;" we were never informed of that fact We are not interested in any of their other rentals, the only other rentals they have available are apartments and a duplex that wouldn't be available until 10/ We are looking for a house We did not apply and pay fees to then select from another of their rentals We applied and paid fees for that specific property, which they did not ensure was available with people who allegedly change their mind on a daily basis

We were contacted about a leaking window in the bedroom and sent our maintenance men to fix the issue. They were able to seal the window and stop the leak. We were contacted again the next day about the window still leaking. When they returned to check out the leak they came to the conclusion that...

it was residual water being pushed out from the sealant.  We were contacted again a week later about the living room window leaking and our maintenance men went and addressed this issue as well. There was also some residual leaking from the living room window being sealed. Our maintenance men have gone in on four separate occasions to resolve the issue of leaking windows. We have had no further issues with the windows since the last time our maintenance men addressed the issue. This is the first time we have heard about the dryer lint trap and the ice build up on the exterior door. We have since resolved the dryer lint and are working on the ongoing ice build up.

I understand that miss [redacted] is upset that we were unable to issue a refund. We followed our standard operating procedure for anyone looking to apply for one of our properties. The application fee is required by any possible tenant. I was not able to get in contact with the current tenants until...

after miss [redacted]'s and her roommate's application's had begun processing.  The current tenants she was wanting to sublet from are full time students and their plans change daily. I contacted miss [redacted] immediately after receiving the news that they were no longer looking to sublet their house. Review: I move into a non-rent ready apartment that was disgustingly dirty in August. Found out that some of what I thought was dirt was mold. Asked to have the maintenance men to come clean out the mold and rotten windows. The Landlord stated that their were no maintenance men on staff and that the mold did not pose a health risk. However, some mold spores are know to cause serious health problems and the previous statement was made without inspection or evidence to support his claim. Then after contacting the general manager the windows were replaced but not all the mold was removed. In October, I asked for a pest control inspector to come out and deal with the poisonous hobo and black widow spiders along with the nonpoisonous spiders. I followed the landlord's procedure for a maintenance request which was ignored. I called the landlord twice about the problem and again was told about the lack of a maintenance man. Not until January when I asked to buy out of the lease did they call to set up an appointment to spray. Their website clearing states that they have increased their maintenance staff and any rising needs be taken care of promptly. I do not believe that two and half month qualifies as promptly.Desired Settlement: I have moved out due to unsanitary and inhabitable conditions. I would like to be let out of my lease.
