The outside parking lot is not required to be nor will it be assigned and people are allowed to have guests over and park in the lot as needed. We have assigned indoor garage spaces available for each unit and offered her one as a solution...

when this issue was first brought up. She declined to take a garage space. We've responded to all of her emails timely and have proof if needed. We received two messages from our answering service on July 22nd and spoke to complainant on the phone to let her know we were sending the check.
We sent the pet deposit check on July 24th, 2015. We sent it to the address given to us. Heard...

nothing further from her.

Followed up with complainant via email immediately upon receiving complaint letter on September 14th to inform we would send new check right away.
July 24th check was stopped payment and new check was issued September 14th, 2015 and mailed to the address given by the complainant.

We are not contractually obligated to provide you with a dedicated outside parking space. Nowhere in your lease agreement does it state that we owe you a parking space outside. Underground parking is available and we are happy to work with you to secure a space if you'd like one. Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions at [email protected].

I am rejecting this response because:
I do not feel like I should have to pay an extra 50 dollars a month just to ensure me parking with having a 8 complex building I feel like there should of been more then 9 spaces provide, especially if your ensuring guest parking!
