I have lived here for almost 10 years now and plan on going nowhere. I live in the apartments down Rt3 past the DMV. I believe these are their oldest apartments. I absolutely love the peaceful and safe environment. Everyone that lives back here is friendly. I have never had any issues with my apartment, maintenance or management. Actually, the group that runs and operates these apartments and the ones on Cherry St and Woodside Dr. are the nicest people I have ever met. I recommend these apartments to anyone looking.

Review: The security deposit was not resolved within the contract stated time of 30 days. The security deposit was not used to recovered damaged or neglected property, but instead as a preparation fee for the next occupant. Apartment by Glennel owes me $80.

In Sept 2015 I entered into a written agreement to rent an apartment on a Month to Month basis. I understood I was paying more but was assured of fair service. I completed the written inspection of the property before occupying the premises, reported several discrepancies such as, but not limited to, extremely stained carpet, unclean oven, broken refrigerator parts, etc. I reported my concerns to the son of the property owner who assured me he conducted the post occupancy inspections and I should not be troubled. I vacated the premises 28 April 2016, more than 6 months after initial occupancy. The Premises were cleaned and readied for inspections, no inspection were conveyed by Glennel . When I phoned at the beginning of June, over 30 day after I left, the status of my Security Deposit was not known. Approximately one week after I called I was contacted that a check was being mailed to me, but the amount was unknown. When I received the check I received an inventory stating $80 was withheld to shampoo carpet despite assurance from the owner’s son. The carpet was no damaged and in fact had been shampooed by me several times, in addition to be protected by my own carpets. Glennels claim is false, there was no damage generated by me. What damage is present was reported in writing before occupancyDesired Settlement: My $ 80 be returned to me

Review: My apartment complex has filed for a 72 hour eviction notice on alleged reports from other tenants pertaining to drug activity. There of course in no drug activity in my apartment and then they followed that I owed 70 dollars of February rent which I was more than willing to pay February 29 (day of incident) which they refused to accept.Desired Settlement: I am looking to have this resolved because there should be no reason of eviction, and I still have not received one from the rental office. I still need my apartment of course, I live here.
