The complaint of "harassment" is false. [redacted] set up a profile on the company's website and supplied her daytime phone number with a request to be called. Agent [redacted] did just that: she called her and [redacted] told her she's busy, she'll call [redacted] back later. [redacted] called again 2 days later and left a message, and again 2 days after that and left another message, then stopped calling.
