In response to the complaint from [redacted] ,,,,He called the City of St Cloud Health Inspections Lael [redacted] came out to inspect the complaints from MR [redacted] We gave The Inspector timelines for our plans He was satisfied with this As far as the Eviction goes we have court at 9:00am (TODAY) Mr [redacted] does owe the rent, he seems to forget that when he first moved in he had issues with his disabilaty checks coming on time so we used the funds available in his account to cover this so he would not be evicted There are notes from Mr [redacted] stating this situation.Sincerely,Cathy [redacted] ***Apartments

I am rejecting this response because:information I have paid for every month their and my bank records reflects thatI never missed a monthIf this business continues to lie cheat and steal I will now move forward with criminal charges
