We do have a website and the content original material is copyrighted and every page states we own and manage the properties As owners of our properties we are responsible for providing a safe and great environment for potential renters and our current tenants The phone number provided is for potential tenants, tenants, and former tenants to reconnect with us MsW [redacted] states in her letter the reason they are calling is to update apartments.com of which we have made perfectly clear because we own our properties they have no rights to any of our original copyrighted materialsThey shall not republish our original copyrighted materials or list with any of their companiesTherefore, there is no reason for them to call us Since the time of opening this case we have received two more phone calls: This time from ###-###-####.June 9, at 9:a.m June 14, at 11:a.m Both calls were from Sarah for apartments.com asking for an occupancy update with a call back number of ###-###-#### MsW [redacted] states since receiving our complaints they have removed us from the apartments.com network since 9/29/We believe this to be true So far since June 14, we have not received another callWe are encouraged of the effort MsW [redacted] has shown towards resolving these issues and appreciate her letter to inform us that she has removed us from [redacted] ’s queue of apartment communities to update.We once again thank the Revdex.com for helping us resolve this matter Respectfully, [redacted] and [redacted]
