I am rejecting this response because:To whom it may concern, Thank you for responding to my complaint. I am not satisfied with your response for several reasons. First, I did not fully understand what a Salvage or Clean title means. You are...

correct in saying that the title is clean. I have verified this with the state. Thank you for the clarification. I appreciate that, at a minimum, I was not lied to about the status of the title.  However, I was told several lies when the dealer explained the history of the car. When purchasing the car, I was told that the vehicle was listed as a "Total Loss" due to theft rather than damage. They explained to me that when a vehicle has been stolen for more than 30 days, it is consider a total loss by the insurance company. During that time period, damage was done to the rear quarter panel, which is why it found the car found its way to their shop. I understood that I was signing the disclosure due to the minor damage to the rear quarter panel. APB Motors told me the shop that did the work. I contacted the shop and they corroborated the story. I was satisfied with the status of the car and decided to buy it. After all of the issues I have had with the car, I wanted to try to sell it, which brought up it's ugly past. I found out from the auction shop that the car actually was a "Total Loss" due to a front-end collision. I would never have bought the car if I had known that the car was considered a "Total Loss" due to damage and that the collision was front-on. I have seen pictures of the car at the auction and the damage was quite extensive. It also begs the question of how the quarter panel got damaged because there are obvious signs of repair there as well. It makes me uncomfortable not knowing the history of the vehicle I am driving. Furthermore, the repairs were not high quality, as I have had many costly repairs, and I am still having mechanical problems, not to mention that the body work was so bad that many of the front components, near the headlights, will not stay attached. In addition, the transmission has never worked properly. It shifts VERY hard when it is cold, which the owner must have known because they made sure the car was warmed up when we test drove it. I have taken it to a shop, and mechanics have not seemed to be able to fix it or figure out what's wrong. I would have taken in to APB Motors, but I did not live in Denver, and I already felt a little cheated. In conclusion, while I knew that the car had been damaged, I was lied to about the nature of the damage. Had I known the truth, I never would have purchased the car. I feel that the dealer did not treat me in an ethical manner and cheated me into buying an bad car for an expensive price. I would strongly recommend other car consumers shop elsewhere, where they will be treated with more honesty and integrity.
Sincerely,
