We have used APC Doctor for about years and would highly recommend this company The "doctor" is prompt to visit our home, gives explanations as he works to explain what the problems might be with our computers and why he chooses to fix them with a certain method He has never left without fixing the problems and having the computers working proficiently I have recommended this very satisfactory service to friends
Called APC Doctor regarding a memory replacement service and Ray was great! An in-house service appointment was scheduled for the next day Ray was very friendly and as he was working on my computer he didn't mind explaining to me what he was doing throughout the service Also, Ray made trips to the parts store and checked in with me prior to purchasing the parts; something that I really appreciate as a customer I would definitely recommend Ray

APD doctor is my "go to" guy when I need to have my computer fixed usually because I have done something stupid Service is prompt and I find prices comparable to other mobile companies Ray recommended Malwarebytes in addition to Norton and I find that between the two my computer stays clean
