This company sends invoices out for Dr's used in the emergency roomMy son and husband have had to use the emergency room in the last monthsBoth times this company sent the bill for the Drservices before sending and receiving the adjusted amount from the insurance companyBoth times they sent the bill stating this was sent to the insurance company and it was applied toward our deductibleThis was untrue both timesLuckily I had checked into this first before sending out moneyThe first bill they finally sent a bill to the insurance company and then they sent a duplicate bill shortly after and the insurance company responded back to them that this was already applied so they sent me another bill for the same amount instead of looking at and adjusted amount they had been sent from the insurance companyWhen I called them they did not see any of thisThen I called my insurance company and they told me what had happenedSo I called Degara back and they miraculously they could now see this information and would send a new billNow second time around I was aware of this shoddy company and I did not pay the billI checked in with my insurance company and in fact there was an adjusted amount sent to Degara and now they are sending me a new bill againI think this is shoddy business practice to send out a bill that is not going to be correct and making people feel they owe this amount paying it and then they would be waiting how long to get there money back????????
Trying to contact them with no success Called BCBS (Blue Cross Blue Shield) and they too have tried to contact them with no success I am being billed for amounts that should have been written off The number provided does not allow you to leave a message or speak with a representative Tried emailing them and the "send" button in grayed out
