What a scam!
I wasn't aware they were signing me up for a subscription I DIDN'T agree to. I got charged and wasn't even given info that they signed me up for anything...they must like to keep that part a secret and hope you don't notice money missing...well I did! This is a scam company that took $20 from me for something I didn't even know about?

Ordered these masks and received them within two weeks. Reasonable delivery time with everything going on in the world. I had much longer delays with other shopping experiences. They were great, fit nicely, well-constructed. Overall highly satisfied with this purchase. Ended up making additional purchases for family members as well.

I ordered masks from Ape Survival. They were very straightforward in their explanation of the billing and timeline for delivery. I received my masks and I love the way they fit. Not to mention they are more comfortable than the plain white and blue ones. The order arrived in a timely manner and I ordered a five more that showed up about 10 days later. I am very happy with my experience with ApeSurvival.

I just received my masks and gloves. The gloves are fine, but what exactly is the purpose of the masks? They are sponge-like. From what I have read, foam masks are the least protective of all materials. I ordered these well before this information was made known to the public and obviously trusted you. I would not feel safe wearing them and will wear a cloth one instead. I would like to keep the gloves but return the masks; however, as a person in a risk group, I am very hesitant to go to the post office, so I guess I'll just take a hit and not return them.
Lastly, having read these reviews, I will be closely monitoring my credit card action. I did not, nor do not give permission for any monthly, or otherwise, "subscriptions." (I wish I had read the reviews before.) Do NOT bill my credit card for anything again. I am only giving two stars because of the gloves.

Although skeptical, I was willing to take a chance at receiving what looked like a good product. I just received the 5 breathing masks I ordered. They came pretty fast. So far so good. I washed two of them and will start using them this morning. Frankly, they do look pretty flimsy. They are cheap....but that's what I'm afraid of and I did not know they are made in China. I have sworn off anything made in China. Nevertheless, I am willing to give your product a chance. You will hear from more from me, either way: with more positive news or (am keeping my fingers crossed) negative news. Stand by.

True RIPP OFF!! This mask smells horrible!! They are offering the mask for free, but you just pay shipping so you can't get a refund for something that was free. I purchased 2 masks for $16.95 shipping and handling. The two masks weighed 0.5 ounces combined!!! There is no way the shipping cost that much. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Godawful products, horrible prices, and absolutely abysmal consumer service. They are real big on bottom shelf products at full price and they bombard you at the checkout with3+ ads for other garbage bundled up before the checkout process is done. These checkout ads were for random products they sell and they try and sell you 5-10 at a time. Plus the only way to scroll through these bs ads, on mobile, is a small tiny link underneath the 3 buttons for either buying 1 , 5, 10 of what ever product they are trying to shove down your throat. I went to get 1 item for ten bucks, and during the checkout trying to scroll past their bs ads, next thing I know they pulled over 100 dollars out of my account and over 2 weeks later I'm stuck with 5 garbage knifes. I wouldn't pay 10dollars at a gas station for one of these, let alone 5 at 20 a piece. I've tried to follow up with them and they are completely ghosting me. They are trying to cash in on the covid 19 scare, they dont care about the consumer at all. If you get an email from them trying to sell you a product, do yourself a favor and spam it immediately. 0/10 these guys failed on all fronts. Taking one look at the dates between the complaints here on this website and their responses is just one sign of how bad the consumer service is with these guys.

Wow, I just received the face masks from Ape Survival in the mail. It's so cheap. I put it on and it STINKS! Who knows what poisonous chemicals lie in this chincy foam. I'm throwing it away and making my own out of fabic. Did this come from China?

We recommend before first time use the mask be soaked in soapy water and this removes any odour from the manufacturing process. Yes, this product is produced in China with RoHs certificate that meets European standards.

Regarding filtration, 3rd party test labs confirm PM2.5 filtration efficiency over 91% and pollen filtration over 97%. Tests are certified by Beijing ZKGX research institute of chemical technology dated 7/23/2018.

Bought breathing masks that were not marketed as described shame that this company would take advantage of people during crisis 1st. Off masks do not fit properly over bridge of nose of anyone breathing port does not work mask in itself very flimsy will break after one use honestly your better off not wearing anything the hoops that attach mask to your face are made of “paper” thin foam that will break after one use. This company operates under “American gunner.com”true nothing is 100% guarantee but don’t elude to that statement these masks can’t even stop dust!!! & certainly don’t sale replacement parts for something that clearly one time.......excuse me no time use at all these masks couldn’t stop even basic flu or cold STOP playing people or praying upon people do right thing piggybacking off crisis is wrong take masks off market & apologize & give people money back.

I believe these are the same phonies scamming my discover card with duplicated hits/unauthorized fraudulent charging? There email claimed to be american gunner that is what my bank account charge states yet there number ***, I called today and yesterday, some itic voicemail says they are victors supplements? Now 530PM pacific time I called that number and now they call themselves ape survival,, Looks like they scammed me with some generic black masks claiming to keep microscopic dust out and yet washable? This is itic and impossible, Phony email scam, NO tracking number after they charged my debit card march 24 $23.95, NO response, NO accountability ever, looks like a cryptic flim flam scam using 2-3 business names

Hello Michael,I can see your order of 2 masks and 1 flashlight for the total of $23.95 including shipping. 4 Months ago I can see you purchased 2 of the same product (a knife) about 30 minutes apart from each other. These are the only charges I can see from you so I am assuming one of those knife orders is the unwanted duplicate you are referring to. I have now gone ahead and refunded the 2nd one. Regarding the phone number going to the wrong voicemail: We use a call service that handles multiple business's and it may have been routed incorrectly. Regarding the black masks you ordered and have not received yet: I am not sure why you claim it's impossible to wash dust from the mask. The masks you ordered filters PM2.5 as stated on the website. I ordered 5 masks for a total of $29.95 on March 21, 2020 over the internet. I was supposed to receive order within 7 days and a tracking number within 48 hours from date of purchase. To this date I have received neither and cannot get anyone to answer e-mails or phone calls.

Operating online under the name American gunner.com. SELLING O2.5 MASKS AND CLAIMING they stop Corona!

Do NOT give this company your credit card info. They sign you up for a monthly subscription to nothing without telling you. I have now had to contact them TWICE to have them cancel this "subscription" because they charged me again after I had already canceled it. So infuriating!

The mobile ordering app is confusing and doesn't allow order adjustment prior to confirmation. As a result, my debit card was drained and orders were placed for too many molle pouches, torch lights, and not enough, tac pens, or tac bags. This made for a very unhappy customer experience. Emails requesting refund were unanswered.

Purchased two backpacks and never received confirmation and I have not heard back from company about my concern. They have already taken the money and I have nothing.

Rip off. They send you one shipment then subscribe you monthly to a service that doesn't exist.
Stay away.
Very evil.

I belong to some gun sites and came across this business (***) saying that I won a choice of a couple of prizes from a drawling. I stated that I only had to pay for the shipping. So ok there was some pretty neat things. I paid the shipping for the prize on line. It's going on about 2 1/2 months now and nothing. I wrote the company that was listed at the bottom of the page ( Ape Survival) and still no response. So I just wanted to be put it out there for the out doors men to not use this business
